Can I bring a non-athlete partner? Yes, the villa has a pool to relax by and we are very close to the beach and a short walk from the centre of Port Pollenca, or a bus ride to old town Pollenca, so there is lots to do during the day while we are out training, but then we all come together for tthe evening meal. Non-athlete partners receive a £150 discount on the per person room rate.

Can I come if can only cycle/I can’t run/don’t swim etc. Yes, if you only wish to do one of the 3 sports that is fine, we can also provide additional ideas for sessions you could do on your own during the time when we may be out doing the other activities. You can do as many or as few of the organised sessions as you want. We cater for all abilities.

Will I be fit enough? We cater for all abilities on camp and with our small athlete:coach ratio we can split up into ability-specific groups. There is a rough distance guideline for the rides on the sample week schedule.

What food is provided (what should I bring)? Accommodation is half board with breakfast and 3 course dinner provided by our personal chef. One night out we go to a restaurant and last night is BBQ night. We suggest you bring any protein shakes/bars you normally use after training, and any energy bars/gels etc you usually use during sessions. We will have bars/electrolyte to purchase if you run out or forget anything.

What if the weather is bad? We have wet weather plans in the event we cannot do the scheduled sessions. We will assess each morning and if we deem the weather unsafe we will adapt the plan.

How many sessions will be offered? Do I have to do them all? There is a sample schedule on the camp info page. The schedule will be adapted to your training goals and needs, eg those doing IM will do longer distance rides than those training for sprint distance. All sessions are optional, we just require you to inform us the night before/morning of if you want to do a different session/miss a session.

I need help with transitions/running/cornering/climbing can you help? Of course! Please note any specific areas you want help with on your booking form and/or when you arrive and we will cover this with you during the week. 

Can I come with my friends? Of course! We welcome group bookings. Or if you book with a friend and want to share a room just let us know when booking and we will pair you up.

Do I have to share a room? You do not have to, all rooms are twin or double so the single supplement is £500 as we run tight margins and so we would be losing out a place by not filling a room.

Will I need much money to spend? You will need spending money for lunch/snacks during the day, and the restaurant meal out.

Do I need to bring my bike? Can you help with building bikes? There are lots of bike hire places near to the villa, we will provide details of various bike hire places we have used before. If hiring we recommend reserving your bike as soon as you book as availability becomes scarce nearer the season. If you bring your own bike we can help you build it, we have a bike mechanic on site. Or you can pay for a full build and dismantle.

What equipment will I need? If you want to bring your bike you can, if not there are many bike hire shops locally. In addition you will need bike kit – including shoes, cleats, helmet and pump, inner tubes etc if bringing your own bike (hire bikes will provide a pump, and spare inner tube). You can also buy these on camp, we will have them for sale. We have gas for sale so you do not need to pack and travel with that. You will also need your normal run kit, and swim kit – if you have a pull buoy please bring that.

How do I get to from the airport? Transfers are not included but we will provide details of transfer companies (taxi’s and buses run from the airport). In addition we will set up a facebook group for camps so you can arrange group transfers with other people on your week if wanted. There is private parking at the villa if you wished to hire a car.
