Our online coaching plans give you a bespoke plan designed to fit your lifestyle, goals and ability. Each plan is created weekly building on the previous week to ensure you progress steadily and sessions are challenging yet achievable. We cater for all athletes from those aiming to complete their first sprint tri to those aiming for age group podiums at the World Championships or Kona qualification. Our coaches pride ourselves on getting to know our athletes, what training styles work best for each individual, their strengths and weaknesses and what motivates them, so that every athlete can achieve their potential.

Included in all online training plans:

  • Initial consult with coach (phone or in person based on location)
  • Bespoke training plan created weekly in Training Peaks
  • Whatsapp/text/email contact with coach
  • Adjustments to training plan (amount of change varies depending on fee)
  • Membership of Team t club
  • Access to our private Facebook group
